Close spring directly attached to shank absorbs pulse movement and serves to breakage resistance. The spiral paste fillers/carriers are processed by Mani's developed automatic tapering machine and is has the same taper angel 2/100 as that of the reamers and files.
Mani adopted the "MANI High-Fiber Stainless Steel" as the raw material of this paste filler which has achieved super flexibility and high fracture resistance by their own research and development.
The size of the paste filler can easily be identified by the number of grooves in the shank. The shank withstands repeated autoclave, dry-heat sterilisation and medical solution with out discolouration or deformation.
Diametric size of paste carriers are identified by colour-coding of the shank conforming to I.S.O specifications.
