Returns & Refund Policy

Returns Policy

All returns must be authorised by a member of the AHP Customer Service Team before they are returned for them to be accepted, so please contact us first. Requests must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

Return requests will only be permitted if products are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Any product deemed unsuitable for resale will be returned to the customer and no credit will be issued.

Pick up charges and restocking fees may apply to any ‘change of mind’ returns or when an error is made by the customer.

Products which are bought especially for an order are unable to be returned

Credits will be applied once a return has been received by the AHP Dental & Medical warehouse and has been deemed suitable for resale. Any product deemed unsuitable will be returned to the customer and no credit will be issued

Damaged or Short Dated Product Returns

If you receive a damaged or short dated product please contact AHP Customer Service within 7 days of the delivery date to organise a resupply or return

Faulty Product Claims

If any product does not perform as intended please contact AHP Customer Service immediately

Any product deemed faulty within the warranty period will be resupplied, credited or repaired by the manufacturer, depending on a product’s warranty, AHP Dental & Medical’s judgement and the customer’s needs
